Marsha Elaine Webb, age 69 of Hope Mills passed away on August 21, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Marsha was born in Oak HIll, WV on January 21, 1953, to Frederick Woodrow Drennen and Martha Saplak Drennen. She graduated from Collins High School in Oak Hill, WV, in 1971, and married her first husband, Arnold Wayne Kinley, on July 5, 1971. They eventually settled in Lumber Bridge and spent the majority of their careers working together at Parkton Family Medical Center until Arnie's death in 2003. Marsha also volunteered with Parkton Rescue Squad as an EMT-Intermediate and taught Medical Coding and Terminology classes at Robeson Community College. She continued her work as a Certified Professional Coder and Certified Office Manager until 2010. Marsha moved to Hope Mills and married her second husband, Vance Adrian Webb in November of 2007. During their marriage, Marsha enjoyed traveling, Bible study, volunteering with Blanket Blessings, spending time with her church friends, and enjoying her family.
Aside from her late husbands, Marsha is preceded in death by her parents and her brother Marshall Drennen. Marsha leaves behind to cherish her memory her two daughters, Robin Fowler and boyfriend Donnie LaCourse of Fayetteville, Kimberly McIlwain and husband Hugh of Red Springs, her son Robert Muske and spouse Cameron of Florida, as well as her sister Mia Spencer and husband James of Colorado. Marsha is also survived by four grandchildren: Julian Fowler of Hope Mills, Ashton Fowler of Fayetteville, and Kinley and Landon McIlwain of Red Springs, a beloved niece and nephews, and her cherished Golden Retriever, Heidi.
Visitation will be held at Reeves Funeral home on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 from 6-8pm.
Funeral services will be held at Lighthouse Baptist Church on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at 2pm immediately followed by graveside service at Parkton Cemetery.
