Dorothy Dallas

She was born in Chester, Pennsylvania on March 24, 1952 the daughter of the late James Robert Battersby and Martha Mildred Emmertz Battersby. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of over 20 years Jaddie Jerry Dallas.

Dorothy was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother who adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed going crabbing, to the beaches of Southport, NC and shopping with her daughters.

Left to cherish her memory are her significant other of 28 years, Charlie Efird Sr. of the home; daughters, Dawn Dallas and Martha K. Dallas; son, George Lewis Battersby; grandchildren, Brandon Bradshaw, Kayla Willis, Jerry Willis, Justin Bradshaw, Jasmine Beal, Austin Curry and Christopher Ivey; great grandchildren, Anna Britt, Payton Patterson, Branson Bradshaw, Bryan Bradshaw and Jaxson Patterson; sister, Patricia Fulks; and numerous other loving family and friends.
