WAI CHING K. YEE, 76, of Honolulu, died February 6, 2012, at Island Nursing Home. Born on March 28, 1935 in Canton, China. Co-owner of Pacific Chop Suey and Heong Kwong Chop Suey, also worked at McCully Chop Suey and Golden Duck.
Survived by her sons, Jackson (Shelly)Wang and Robert (Kim) Yee; daughter, Ruby (Andre) Moux; 7 grandchildren Kyla Wang, Jordan Wang, Torn Yee, Dara Yee, Royce Moux, Raynor Moux and Ryan Moux ; brother, David Kong; sister, Janie Foulks.
Visitation 8 to 9 a.m. Saturday (Feb.25) Borthwick Mortuary; service 9:00 a.m.; burial 11:00 a.m. Valley of the Temples. Aloha attire.
