Service will be held at Borthwick Mortuary - Makai Chapel, 1330 Maunakea Street. Honolulu, Hawaii 96817, on August 4, 2012. Visitation at 9:30a.m - Service is at 9:30a.m. Burial will be held at valley of the Temples on August 4, 2012 at 1:00p.m.
