Richard Alan Castro

Rick was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was a Jack of all trades who loved fixing everything and enjoyed many hobbies. Some of those included racing, dirt bike riding, diving, flying pigeons, model cars, RC airplanes, playing guitar and riding his Harley. Rick was a beloved son and brother, loving husband and proud, supportive father and papa. He is missed tremendously.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Cindy, his five children: Natalie (Ken), Rachel, Richard (Danelle), Joseph (Allan), and Jasmine (Garrett), and 10 grandchildren: Victoria, Benjamin, Sage, Kaylia, Mia, Ethan, Hayden, Lily, Emma and Erin. Also survived by his mother, Edna and siblings: Steven, Kathy, Gordon and Robert.

Rick’s ashes are to be buried alongside his father, John. A farewell blessing will be held at Mililani Memorial Park on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at 11:30 am followed by the burial.
