Patsy Toshie Ogata, 84, of Honolulu, a retired Veterans Administration counselor, died on May 1, 2011 in Honolulu. She was born in Papaikou.

She is survived by her husband, Tsutomu; sons, Ernest, Lloyd, Clyde and Eric; sisters, Fumie Matsumoto and Shimeko Horihata; 5 grandchildren.

Visitation 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 15th at Borthwick Mortuary Mauka Chapel; celebration of life service 3:00 p.m.. Casual attire.
