Michael Kaahanui Jr., 53, of Waimanalo, died May 21, 2010. Born in Honolulu. He was a lead set dresser for the Hawaii Film Industry. Member of the IATSE (International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees) Mixed Local 665. Survived by his wife, Estelle; son, Michael III; daughters, Serrylee Kanakaole-Wong, Vangielene "Kaui" Kanakaole and Neillian "Hi'i" Kaahanui; 9 grandchildren; brothers; sisters; nieces and nephews. Visitation 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 9th at St. George's Catholic Church in Waimanalo; Eulogy 11:00 a.m.; Service 11:30 a.m.; cremation to follow. Flowers welcome. Casual attire.
