Lin Koi Law Chow, 86, was born in Taishan, Guangdong, China in 1937. She and her family then emigrated from Hong Kong to Hawaii in 1976. She was co-owner of Yat Tung Chow Noodle Factory from 1981-2006. She was a generous, hard-working mother and loved all her children and grandchildren.
