Juanita S. Lara, 89 of Waipahu, died July 9, 2011 at her residence. Born in Mountain View, Hawaii. Survived by her sons, Gary (Fe) Lara and Perry Lara; daughters, Geri Lara, Susan (Billy) Reed, Janet (Leroy) Oliveros and Gail Lara; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; brother, Fred Saranillio.
Visitation 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday (July 27) Borthwick Mortuary; service 11:30 a.m.; burial 2:30 p.m. Valley of the Temples. Casual attire.
