Hastings John Yee Hoy Sr.

Hastings J Yee Hoy Sr., 91, of Lanikai, Oahu passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 17, 2019. He graduated from Iolani School class of 1947 and was a student athlete for Iolani Football under Father Bray. Retired from Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard in 1983 as a Electronics Production Shop Planner. He enjoyed traveling and watching his fishing legacy live on through four generations of the PokiBoy.

He is survived by the love of his life Soonie, son Hastings J Yee Hoy Jr (Pauline) and daughter Barbara M Yee Hoy Pratt, 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, sister Audrey Keolanui and many nieces and nephews. Private family services. He will be interred at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe, HI.
