IN THE CARE OF
FRANCISCO DELOS SANTOS "FRANK" DUMLAO, 81 of Ewa Beach, passed away December 28, 2013. Born in Makawao, Maui, Hawaii on March 3, 1932, he was a retired MSgt for the U.S. Air Force with over 23 years of service. While in the Air Force, he was a member of the U.S. Air Force Band.
He is survived by wife, Nobuko "Nobu" Dumlao; son, Baldwin Dumlao; daughters, Deborah Tams and Maria Penn; 4 grandchildren; sisters, Priscilla Ordonio and Felicidad Gabalis.
