EVELYN YOSHIE ITO, 91, of Kaneohe, passed away October 22, 2011. Born in Kalihiwai, Kauai, she was a homemaker. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Jake S. Ito.
Survived by son, Russell Y. Ito; daughters, Laurice Ito and Irene (Marc) Cathcart; grandchildren, Andrew Risteter, Malie Cathcart and Pomaikai Cathcart; brother, Toshio (Michie) Nishioka; grandnephew, Lee Ito; grandniece, Kim Lee.
Visitation 9:00-11:00 a.m. Friday, November 18, 2011, at Borthwick Mortuary-Makai Chapel. Memorial service will begin at 11:00 a.m. Private inurnment of ashes will be at a later date. Aloha or casual attire requested.
