Ella Ah Hau Akiona

Ella Ah Hau Jong Akiona, 91, of Kailua , Hawaii, passed away on September 12, 2012. She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on September 10, 1921. Ella Ah Hau Jong Akiona was a Facilities Clerk for GTE Hawaiian Telephone.

She is preceded in death by her husband Holbin Herbert Akiona, Jr.; survived by son, Holbin Herbert Akiona, III (Helene) of Kaua’i; hanai son; Stephen Stine of O’ahu; grandchildren, Chloe Michelle Kananihokuli’ili’i Akiona Beam (Joseph) of O’ahu, Camille Marie Ka’ano’i Akiona of O’ahu, Kien-Kainalu Kamanukai’ali’i o wai’olu maluhia Akiona of O’ahu, Austin-Lane Maka’ailana Alapai of Kaua’i, Kahealani Kawaili’ula Alapai of O’ahu, Shea-Nainoa Kamalu’ikeao Alapai of Kaua’i and Tiffany Pang of O’ahu; great-grandchildren, Gabrielle Ah hau Ka’uaolikokalani Akiona, Kainoa Matthew Kamea’iomakamae Akiona-Sexton, Zayden Crys Kaipo’i Gayagas, Zaylee Kameryn Ka’opu’upuaimohala Gayagas and Tevah Cameron Beam; brother, Raymond Jong (Nellie) of O’ahu; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Holy Trinity Church at 5919 Kalanianaole Highway, Honolulu, Hawaii 96821 on Wednesday, September 26, 2012. Visitation is at 10:00 am. Service is at 11:00am. Burial will be held at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery at 45-425 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744 on Wednesday, September 26, 2012, at 2:00pm.
