Donald Dai Tim Ching, 75, of Aiea, a retired communications tech with Hawaiian Telephone Company, retired Air Force Reserve Senior Master Sergeant, USDA agricultural inspector at the Honolulu International Airport, and Historian/Director of the See Dai Doo Society, died September 12, 2010 in Aiea. He was born in Honolulu. Survived by his wife, Georgia “Puaena”; son, Greg “Kammy” (Charlene); daughter, Dawn “Kalola” Ching, fiancee Ryan Yamada; 3 grandchildren, Ihilani, Charelle "Punohu" and Charlize; brother, Harold; sister, Carol Levi. Visitation 5:00 p.m. Thursday, September 23rd at Borthwick Mortuary Maunakea Chapel; service 6:30 p.m.; burial 9:30 a.m. Friday, September 24th at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.
