Connie Williams-Worthy, age 55, of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away on Monday, August 22, 2022. Connie was born June 5, 1967 in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Connie was a BSN, RN CCTC, legal nurse consultant, transplant educator, and Outreach coordinator.
Connie leaves behind her loving husband Matt, as well as her three sons, William Ron and Chris Worthy, two granddaughters, Aubrielle and Kalaye, one guardian child Zee, her big sister Sherry, brother-in-law Maury, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Connie will be missed by both her immediate and extended family.
There will be: Scattering of Ashes in the near future at Waimea Falls.
