A funeral service for Chiu Kwan will be held Sunday, March 3, 2024 from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Borthwick Mortuary Makai Chapel. Following the funeral service will be a burial at 12:30 PM at Manoa Lin Yee Chung Chinese Cemetery, 3430 E. Manoa Rd, Honolulu, HI 96822.
