Charlotte Y.S.C. Young, 92, of Honolulu, died March 17, 2010. Born in Kapaia, Kauai. She was the founder and former owner of Young's Fish Market. Survived by her sons, Phillip and Alan; daughter, Gloria Dong; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers, George Chu and Wilfred Chung; sisters, Grace Young and Elsie Mau. Visitation 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Wednesday (4/14) at Borthwick Mortuary; service 11:00 a.m.; burial 1:00 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery. Aloha attire.
