Charles Quinton Perkins, 44, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on November 25, 2014. He was born in Torrance, California and was a Captain/Shipwright. He is survived by his mother, Cindy Perkins and father, Bob Perkins.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on December 6, 2014 at the Marine Education Training Center at 2pm.
Casual/Aloha attire suggested.
