Chao Chyun Hsiung passed away peacefully at home in his sleep on May 1, 2023. He was 86 years old.
He dutifully served Taiwan as a diplomat for over 34 years and was abroad in many countries including Honduras, Thailand, Korea, Taiwan, and of course Hawaii.
He is survived by his wife Jing An Lu Hsiung and sons Robert and Roger, and grandchildren Ryder, Ien, Sayler, and Noa.
Funeral services will be held Monday May 22, 2023 from 12-2pm at Borthwick Mortuary Mauka Chapel.
