Hi mom,
A couple of days ago, I saw a huge moth. So I quietly said, “Hi Mom, you finally came to see me!” Then you just flew away, I didn’t think nothing of it. Then last night I was talking to Crystal from Secho/St.Francis, and she said the other day she saw a big moth outside her office so she followed it all over, then all of a sudden she saw you up in the corner, so she told her co workers. It was you, I knew it. Crystal was surprised too! Thank you for letting us know you’re alright up there in heaven!

Dear Mom, 
Thank you for all that you’ve done for this family, especially Charlie & I. We will miss you so much. As we lay you down into your final resting place, your grandson, JUSTIN has put you in will the angels to keep you company until we meet again. Justin, Jenny, Bonny, aunty Sarm, Jeanie, Maddy, & myself  bid you a final goodbye for now. May God comfort us all during this time.

To my dearest mom, 
Yesterday was your day. I hope you enjoyed seeing all your family & friends. Thank you for giving Lynn the strength to come out to say so long to you. 
Your eulogy, was done by Ann, and said by Ann. It was spot on. Your gang from Kahala Mall were there, Crystal & Andrea came, and most of all, you had the most beautiful spray of roses in pink & flowers sent by Secho , Chuckie & Marilyn, Susu & Marilyn made you Pokinikini leis, I hope you enjoyed it.  Charlie , me & Makana will miss you dearly, as the songs Jens sang, “ Goodbye my Friend, You can go Now”

To Mary, Charlie and Ohana,
THANK YOU! Thank you for trusting and believing in us to support Mom and you folks.  
I am blessed to have met Mom and have shared the last 10 years with her.   We have shared in so many activities and conversations at and away from the center.  We have laughed so hard that it hurt.  Mom was the life of the party.  She would talk to EVERYONE and participate in all activities.  She has taught me so many things about life that I will learn from as I live my life.  She has taught me how to make sushi and amazed me with her crocheting and sewing skills.   I have so many fond memories of her especially the things she would say.  She also didn't mind me practicing my nail designs as she loved polishing her nails.  Throughout the years, Mom has been there to see changes in my own personal life from getting married, raising my daughter, and healthier lifestyle.  She has also been through many changes within our center with renovations, moving center locations, grant changes and transferring to a different company.  It all didn't matter to her as long as the people she saw daily were still there with her.  She has watched my daughter grow in pictures and visits to our center every now and then.  She was happy to see my daughter a couple months ago after a year of not seeing her.  Mom will always have a special place in my heart.  I have not only created memories with Mom, but also with you, Mary.  Thank you for letting me be a part of your ohana.  

To the Chow Ohana,
For the past four years I had the pleasure of spending time with Mom almost daily. Each and every day brought me a smile and a laugh. She shared stories from her past including life during the war, and how she would sneak out of the house when she was young in order to go dancing. I enjoyed her sense of humor and fun spirit. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to know her.
Thinking of you in this time of sadness.
