Amy Kahiwahiwa Akau, 85, of Kaimuki, a housewife and school bus driver, passed away on August 6, 2013. She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii.
She is survived by: sons; Richard Jr., James, Maurice, Christopher and Patrick, daughters; Christine and Corrine Akau, Catherine Pitre, Cynthia Calvey, Amy Somera, Grandchildren 22, Great-grandchildren 28.
Services to be held on August 31, 2013 at Star of the Sea Church 4470 Aliikoa Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96821. Visitaion time 9:30am. Service time 12:00p.m.
Burial to be held on August 31, 2013 at Diamond Head Memorial Park 529 18th Avenue Honolulu, 96816. Burial time 2:15p.m.
