Terry Darryl Crain, 73, of Homosassa, Florida, passed away on Monday, July 8, 2024 at his home. A native of Ypsilanti, Michigan, Terry was born August 11, 1950 to Charles Warren and Mossie (Noe) Crain, one of three children. After his high school graduation, Terry served his country proudly as a Medic in the U.S. Army from 1970 to 1971 and was honorably discharged in Baumholder, Germany. Mr. Crain was a retired warehouseman for Kitts Industrial Tools in Michigan and retired to Sugarmill Woods in Homosassa in 2017 from Standish, Michigan. Terry loved following NASCAR racing, watching the History Channel, PBS, any war movies and documentaries. He also loved bragging about his children and his wife’s cooking. His perfect day would be spent surrounded by his family and friends, telling stories, laughing, enjoying each other’s company. He married Audette Marie (Croo) Crain and they had three children: Paigeone (Crain) Goodman (Danny), Nathaniel Charles Crain (Jessica) and Adriana Catherine Crain-Mallett (Edward). Terry was preceded in death by his parents, his mother-in-law and father-in-law, a niece and a step-grandchild. Mr. Crain is survived by his wife, daughters, son, four grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by two siblings, Charles David Crain (Judy) and Jeanne (Crain) Duke (Richard); brother-in-law Leslie Paul Croo; brother-in-law Leon Edward Croo (Deane); several nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews and a great-grand niece.
