Angela Bernadette Kemper, age 45, of Homosassa, Florida passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023. Angela was loved by so many and always the life of the party. She loved her nieces Anna Coxe-Kemper and Jenna Kemper fiercely. After fighting through a lot in her life, she planned on becoming an addiction counselor and traveling the country in an RV with her loving fiancee Leo Stoddard, along with her loving brother Jason Kemper and his wife (also a "bonus" sister to Angela), Heather Coxe-Kemper, who all survive her. Angela would give one the shirt off her back and was a loving person to everyone. She will be truly missed. Angela was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, William B. Kemper III.
