Roger Elmer Logan

Roger Elmer Logan, age 90 of Mountain Brook, passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2014. Mr. Logan was a member of Canterbury United Methodist Church. He attended Phillips High School, The Baylor School in Chattanooga and graduated from the University of Alabama, where he was a member of the "A Club" and Kappa Alpha Order. Mr. Logan was a sales representative in the steel and the air conditioning industry. He loved to give speeches on "Baseball" and about the "Big Band Era".

Mr. Logan was married to the former Jacqueline Beaumont who passed away in 1994. They had a son Warren Roger Logan who preceded them in death. Mr. Logan is survived by his daughters: Linda Turner (Fred), Barbara Logan and Marsha Smitherman (Barry); grandchildren: Fred Turner III (Kelly), Katie Smitherman and William Smitherman; his sister Hortense Jones of Huntsville, Alabama.
