Robert Larry Bradford

Robert Larry Bradford, age 64, of Vestavia Hills, Alabama passed away on January 29, 2018. He is survived by his wife, Becky Bradford; sons, Tyler (Beth) Bradford, and Harrison Bradford; his three grandchildren, Cole, Avery and Carnes Bradford, all of Birmingham, Alabama; his parents, Robert H. and Marian Bradford of Decatur, Alabama; brothers, Randy (Angie) Bradford of Springdale, Arkansas, Glenn Bradford of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; and sister, Susan (Allen) Carden of Nashville, Tennessee.

A native of Decatur, Alabama, Larry graduated from Decatur High School, Auburn University, and the University of Alabama School of Law. He practiced law for 35 years in Tuscaloosa and Birmingham, Alabama. After retiring from practicing law, Larry enjoyed auditing theology classes at Beeson Divinty School of Samford University. He loved spending his free time with his family at the lake and was an avid reader.

On Tuesday, January 30, 2018 a family graveside service will be followed by a visitation for friends and family from 4:00 until 6:00 PM at Dawson Memorial Baptist Church Fellowship Hall in Homewood, Alabama.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Young Supporters Board of the UAB Comprehensive Cancer Center.
