Mrs. Norma Louise (Breneman) Warren, of Vestavia Hills, AL, born to the late Katherine Terrell Breneman and William C. Breneman. Graduate of Shades Valley High School in 1955. Co-owned Mack's Quick Sack until 1982 and was Executive Assistant at Town and Gown Theater retiring in 1993, co-owner of Vestavia Mini Storage until 2015. Norma was the beloved wife of Macky Warren. She is survived by her son, Garry A. Warren; daughter, Linda Warren Griggs (Mark); and grandchild, Warren Todd Griggs. Member of Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church. Board member of Red Mountain Theatre, Camelot Social Club, and Birmingham Summerfest, committee member of UAB Town and Gown Theatre, member of the Women's Ballet Committee and Vestavia Hills Historical Society, volunteer at Birmingham Civic Ballet, Alabama State Ballet, Children's Service League, Brookwood Medical Center, Vestavia Hills PTA, and Birmingham Aids Outreach. Assistant to the Chief of Protocol to Governor's Wallace and James. In lieu of flowers, donations in Norma's name to Red Mountain Theatre - Gifts in Tribute are welcome. Visitation on Sunday, Oct. 28 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Ridout's Valley Chapel. A visitation will take place on Monday, Oct. 29 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church - Chapel. The funeral service will follow from 11:00 to 12:00 p.m. Burial immediately to follow at Patton Chapel Cemetery at Hoover First United Methodist Church.
