She taught me algebra 1 and geometry at Ramsay.  She was one of my favorite teachers.  She also taught my son at Altamont when she substituted for one of the math teachers.  A great lady that will be missed.  Class of 1968

Mrs. Bledsoe was my Algebra II teacher at Ramsay in 11th grade.  She also taught both my parents at Woodlawn High School sometime around 1959-1060.  My father loved her as a teacher, and was thrilled that she was going to teach me too.

I graduated high school over 35 years ago, and Mrs. Bledsoe has popped up in memories and conversation more than any other of my teachers.  I loved to make that lady laugh!

God Bless your family, and keep laughing now that you have moved to your Heavenly home.

She hasn't died, just moved to her final living arrangement with our Father as her landlord now!   It seemed she really understood how miserable I was having to stay in Bama when I wanted to be back in Florida.  Thank you for all the kind words of advice you gave me during my 3 years at Ramsay!!  You were a positive mentor for me and I actually became a teacher many years later and tried to treat my students as you treated me so they knew at least 1 of their teachers truly cared about them as a person!! My condolences to the family. I met Mrs. Bledsoe in 2004 when I started teaching at Ramsay. She was an in demand substitute teacher because she was intelligent, hard working, caring & helpful. She was a good influence on so many people. May she rest in peace, may those who mourn be comforted, and may her memory always be a blessing.
