Marynan was born in Montgomery, Alabama on December 17, 1925 to her parents, James Monroe Black,Jr and Mabel Black. She met her husband of 49 years, William(Billy) Blackwell Williams, at Auburn University.
She is survived by her children, Steve Williams, Beth McMillan, and Amy Williams, as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be forever remembered for her kindness and friendship to all that knew her.
A visitation for Marynan will be held Sunday, April 6, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ridout's Valley Chapel, 1800 Oxmoor Road, Homewood, AL 35209. Following the visitation, there will be a graveside service beginning at 3:00 PM at Elmwood Cemetery.
