Martha Anderson

Martha Cecilia Anderson. born on May 3, 1958, entered into eternal life on June 20, 2023, came to Irondale, Alabama in 2015 to join the EWTN family mission, and she was loved by all. She touched the hearts of so many EWTN family members and was a great prayer warrior for her Lord Jesus Christ, His Church and His beloved priests. She will be missed by all. On the day before her death, she watched the Mass celebrated by her brother, Father Jorge Florez, in the Cathedral of Bucaramanga, Columbia, for all the sick and particularly for her.

She is survived by her beloved parents and many other loving family members, and her remains will be interred in the family plot in Bogota, Colombia, South America.

Visitation and the funeral Mass will be on Friday, June 23, 2023, at St Theresa’s Catholic Church in Leeds, Alabama. Visitation will begin at 10:30am. The Rosary will be prayed at 11:15 am for the repose of her soul. The funeral Mass will begin at 12:00 Noon.
