BROWN, LULA ELIZABETH Lula Elizabeth "Tee" Sanders Brown was born in Tuscumbia, Alabama, January 28th, 1913, to Nettie Belle Daniel Sanders and Samuel Henry Sanders. God placed her in His loving arms on April 6th, 2012. Most of her life she lived in Homewood, Alabama devoted to her wonderful husband, Dallas Lawrence Brown. They were married on September 15th, 1937. She resided her last years with her niece Judith Knox Sanders Gibb and Rickey Arthur Gibb. She will be remembered by her unconditional love to us all and the strength and wisdom she instilled in those she loved. Her beautiful spirit was reflected in everything she touched. She attended and worshiped at Central Church of Christ and later at Homewood Church of Christ. Elizabeth was predeceased by her parents, her husband, her dear brothers, Samuel Henry Sanders (Jeanne) and Robert Knox Sanders, and her great-great niece, Hannah Elizabeth Lynn. She is survived by her youngest brother, Reverend James Lemuel Sanders (Sally), sister-in-law Betty Jane Tanquary Sanders, nieces: Judith Knox Sanders Gibb (Rick), Sarah Dawn Sanders Kirkland (Billy), Robyn Ann Sanders Kaylor, Virginia Elizabeth Sanders Mylius, Elizabeth Ann Sanders, and nephews, James Sanders (Lisa) and Samuel Sanders. The family is grateful for the special blessing of her caregivers Cheryl Cook, Ruth Oliver, Angela Freeman, Carolyn Cunningham, Teresa Thomas, and Teresa Maddox. She extended her love beyond to great nieces Emily Jane Fry Elliott (Adam), Melissa Knox Fry Jamison (Bryan), and Julie Anna Fry; great great nephews David Knox Lynn, John Truitt Crowley, Cameron Brooks Crowley, Dallas James Patrick Jernigan and numerous other precious great nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at Elmwood Cemetery, led by Reverend Russell Kendrick on Tuesday, April 10th, 2 p.m. Donations may be made to ChildHaven, Inc. Church of Christ Ministries, P.O.
