Jan Brakefield Fuller

Jan Brakefield Fuller, 76, passed away on January 4, 2017. She is survived by her son, Ehren, her daughter Kris, son-on-law Alan White and a large, loving, extended family. She was a graduate of West End High School and Auburn University. Ms. Fuller moved to Homewood in 1979 and was a resident there for the remainder of her life. An avid reader and lifelong supporter of civic groups, Ms. Fuller began volunteering at the Homewood Library soon after her retirement from South Highlands Hospital. Along the way, she made many cherished friendships. There will be a celebration of Jan Fuller’s life in the main auditorium of the Homewood Public Library beginning at 11:00am on Saturday, January 28, 2017. She will be honored and remembered during a casual dress, reunion style gathering. In lieu of flowers, it was Ms. Fuller’s wish that donations to the Friends of the Library be considered:
