He had a fulfilling business career that included senior positions with General Motors and affiliated dealerships. He completed his career as a financial advisor with A.G. Edwards & Sons, from where he retired in 2009.
He was a Christian, who loved God, his country, his alma mater, his friends and especially his family, in which he consistently instilled the values of hard work and honesty. An entertaining, if not short-winded orator and story-teller, he was known for becoming emotional at any family gathering. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
