Grant Richard Eriksen, age 82, died on June 11, 2016. He was born on January 27, 1924. Mr. Eriksen is survived by his wife Virginia C. Eriksen of Birmingham, Al; children, Rena’ Lathrop of Seminole, AL and Lance R. Eriksen of Spain. He is also survived by several step-sons and step-daughters plus step- grandchildren and step-great grandchildren. A veteran of the U. S. Navy, he served as a Seabee. Mr. Eriksen retired from Walt Disney World, Orland, FL after many years of service. Graveside service will be held 9:30, Friday, June 24, 2016 at Alabama National Veterans Cemetery in Montevallo, AL.
