White, Gloria Lillian, age 88, of Gardendale, AL passed away on January 5, 2021. Gloria was born in Mobile, AL and attended Murphy High School. She was a beloved mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her loves were her family, sewing & crafts, music and church. Gloria was preceded in death by her husband Earl H. White. She is survived by her daughters Roxie Miller of Atlanta; and Rhonda Goodwin of Trussville; her sisters Thelma Arrington of Birmingham, AL; Georgia Rodgers of Birmingham, AL; grandchildren, Chris Goodwin, Nicholas Goodwin, Wendy Webber all of Birmingham, AL. and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Johns-Ridout's Valley Chapel (Homewood, AL) on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 1:00pm proceeded by funeral. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery Mausoleum. Pastor Vaughn Stafford will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
