Donna Elizabeth Glover

A visitation for Donna will be held Saturday, March 18, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ridout's Valley Chapel, 1800 Oxmoor Road, Homewood, AL 35209, followed by a memorial service beginning at 2:00 PM.

Donna is preceded in death by, Raymond & Elizabeth Henderson, J. Brooks & Helen Glover, Sarah Evelyn & William Franklin “Dub” Patton, Vernon Robbins and Alan Robbins. She is survived by her husband, John and sons, Brooks and Jackson; her mother, Mary Lib Henderson Robbins; father-in-law and mother-in-law, John & Sarah Glover; her sisters, Amy Hope (Jon) Tulloch and Misty Taylor; sister-in-law, Helen (Danny) Skutack; brother, Ben Robbins; nephews, Luke & Ryan Tulloch and Evan & Jace Robbins; grandmother, Christine Taylor; aunts and uncles, Jack & Melissa Jackson, Earl & Gayle Henderson, Ray & Lil Bailey, Richard & Rachel Glover and Byron & Cathy Patton; and many beloved cousins.

Donna graduated from Auburn University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and was instrumental in developing the Neonatal Support Program at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Birmingham, AL. She was a passionate animal lover, and her golden retrievers (Sandy, Lucy, Scout and Hobbes) were beloved members of her family.
