Wallace Hodge Sr.

Wallace Hodge Sr. left for eternal rest on Tuesday, May 28th, 2013. Born in Newark, NJ to Willa Mae Simmons and John I. Hodge on March 15th, 1963. At age fifteen he joined Amusements of America as a truck driver, ride foreman and mechanic. There he met his wife Shirley of 29 years and later had two children, Keara and Wallace Jr. Wally was a friend to everyone who always had a laugh to share, a story to tell and a hand to lend. He loved fishing, old westerns and a good old Budweiser. He is survived by his wife Shirley, children Keara and Wallace Jr., grandchild Wallace III, sisters Shirley, Debra, Ruby and brothers JR, Dwayne and Billy to name a few. Also his mother and father in law Gloria and Albert Dunn from Pennsylvania. He was loved by many and will truly be missed.

We thought of you today, but that is nothing new.

We thought about you yesterday and days before that too.

We think of you in silence, We often speak your name.

Now all we have are memories and your picture in a frame.

Your memory is a keepsake from which we'll never part.

God may have you in His arms, but we have you in my hearts.
