Richard Francis Barnard, 77, of Pembroke Pines, FL passed away October 19, 2015. Richard has been a resident of South Florida for the past 65 years, coming from Jackson, MI. He is survived by his children; Sandy Barnard Davis, Richard Edward Barnard, and Susan Anne Barnard, his brothers and sisters; Thomas Barnard, Carolyn Best, Gerald Barnard and Rose Mary O'Neil, and his grandchildren; Jovan Elise Ortega, Sydney Marie Barnard, Samantha Chase Feinberg and Max Gerod Feinberg. He was preceded in death by his parents; Richard Dwight Barnard and Mary Teresa Daly.
