Germanie Dauphin

Germanie was born on December 23rd 1941, to Emile Felix and Filina Felix née Verdier. After Germanie graduated from Semiramis telemaque  in les cayes , she went on to study at  Martissant in port au prince  .

After graduating she started to teach at Martissant and also ran her own “ Ecole de Couture” for years  then went on to work for Phipps et co. for over 40 years.

In 1969 she met Wilbert Dauphin. Germanie and Wilbert married then went on to have 2 children, Patrice and Dimitri Dauphin. She lived a life centered around her family

In 2020, she retired and devoted her time to taking care of her Home and her beloved Husband. In 2023 she started a long and courageous fight against her illness until her passing June 04th.

Germanie was predeceased by her 2nd Son Dimitri, her parents Emil and Filina. She is survived by her husband Wilbert Dauphin, her son Patrice Dauphin, Grandsons Alain and Patrick Dauphin. Her loving sisters Josette Avignon, Simone Charles, Denise Felix-Cummings. Her dear nieces Mrs Janpeg Steele , Dr. Mirnova Ceide, Dr. Eugenie Charles.

Her cousins Rose Linder, Dr. Joseph Felix,Marie rose Joly, May Romelien,Raphael Beauzile, Clotilde Beauzile Danier And many second cousins , their children and friends affected by this grief
