Beloved Edith Winnifred Vidal, 89, of North Beach, enteredeternal rest on November 3, 2019. Born in WhitehouseWestmoreland, Jamaica on August 7,1930, Edith was theninth child of the late William and Esther Vidal.Edith attended Kings School and furthered her educationat West Indies College in 1955. She emigrated from Jamaicato the United States in 1968 and resided in Miami for mostof her adult life.She was an active member of the Maranatha Seventh DayAdventist church as a choir member and Sabbath Schoolteacher. She also enjoyed singing at family events, sewingfor her grandchildren and making her favorite coconutdrops for the church harvest. Edith was also a teaenthusiast who used the teas, Cerasee and Golden Seal totreat everything from colds to stomach illnesses to footpains.Edith is survived by her three daughters, Fredricka,Mayleen and Debbie; their respective spouses, Kenneth,Daulton (Clearie), Timothy; grandchildren, Dania,Andrienne, Daulton (Dale) and wife Carshena, Ithamara,Sean, Shannon, Tiffany and Sh’Dai; sisters, BrendalynTomlinson, Lillian Vidal; four great-grandchildren and ahost of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.She is now sleeping in Jesus and we look forward to seeingher on resurrection morning when Jesus comes again. Letus all be faithful until the end.
