Ann Thomson Judge, of Weston, Florida, formerly of Atchison, Kansas, passed away peacefully on April 10, 2025, at the age of 75.Born on March 29, 1950, in St. Louis, Missouri, Ann was the beloved daughter of Ralph and Jane Thomson and the cherished granddaughter of Emma Budke. She grew up with her brother, James Thomson (Kathy), who now resides in Richmond Heights, Missouri. Ann attended Ursuline Academy (1968) in St. Louis, Missouriand Benedictine College (1972) in Atchison, Kansas.
She was a devoted wife of 52 years to Thomas Judge, loving mother to Rebecca Finnegan (Michael) and KatieJudge (Hank), and proud grandmother to Emma, Jack, Jase, and Jude Finnegan. Ann found immense joy in attending and hearing about her grandchildren’s sports events, spending time in the classroom with Katie, and traveling back to Atchison to visit with friends and family.
Ann also enjoyed praying the rosary, reading, shopping, talking on the phone and catching up with friends over lunch. Her kindness, determination, and deep love for those around her will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Ann dedicated her life to education and family. A retired teacher, she touched countless lives during her years at St. Bonaventure Catholic School in Davie, FL, and Nativity Catholic School in Brandon, FL. Her passion for learning, commitment to her students, and strong but nurturing spirit left a lasting impact on her school communities.
In keeping with her generous spirit, Ann chose to donate her body to the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine to contribute to future medical research and education. Arrangements are being handled by Fred Hunter’s Funeral Home in Hollywood, Florida. No services have been scheduled at this time.
Ann’s legacy lives on in the hearts of her family, friends, students, and all who were lucky enough to share in her life.
