Daryl Arthur

Daryl Arthur, age 63, of Delta passed away unexpectedly from an illness on Monday February 20, 2012 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. Daryl was born in Toledo on December 17, 1948 to Lee & Phyllis (Barnes) Arthur. He married Tammy Liske in Las Vegas on March 10, 1993. A member of the Delta Eagles and Delta Fire Department, Daryl worked as a machine repairman for the Ford Motor Co. retiring in 2007. A devoted husband, son, father, brother, grandfather and friend, he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Surviving is his loving wife, Tammy; mother, Phyllis Arthur; daughters, Amanda Arthur; Alicia (Ben) Arthur; sons, Chris (Tammi) Arthur; Steve (Lisa) Arthur; Ken (Kim) Hernandez; brothers, Randy (Mary) Arthur; Duane Arthur; grandchildren, Ryan Arthur; Alyssa Pelish; Colin Arthur; Danielle Arthur; T.J. Arthur; Garrett Hernandez; Taylor Hernandez and Andrew Kessler. He was preceded in death by his father, Lee Arthur.

Family and friends will be received in the Neville Funeral Home, 7438 Airport Highway, Holland (419-865-8879) from 2-9 pm Friday where funeral services will be held at 11:30 am on Saturday February 25, 2012. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions in Daryl’s name be given to the Delta Fire Department. The family wishes to give thanks to all of Daryl’s very special neighbors for their care and compassion.
