She will be remembered for her love of dogs, gardening, photography and animals. Sandra was a dog groomer for 30 years. She will be missed by her family and especially her husband David VanderKamp. Sandra attended Harlem Reformed Church.
Sandra was preceded in death by her mother, Phyllis Long. She is survived by her husband, David VanderKamp; by her step-daughters Wendy and Greg Haverdink, Julie and Brian Schans and 8 grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Linda and Thom Samuelson, Wendy and Dave Mcleod, Deb and John Burgers, Bruce Coryell, Ron Long and nieces and nephews; by her in-laws Mitzi VanderKamp, Cal and Patti VanderKamp, Diane and Curt Dykema, Brian and Deb VanderKamp, Joy and Kevin Katt, and Amy VanderKamp.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2016, at Harlem Reformed Church, 6854 144th Avenue, Holland, Michigan 49424. A light lunch and time of fellowship will follow from 12-2pm. Rev. John Nyitray will be presiding. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, May 12, at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James Street, Holland, Michigan 49424.
