Ronald Dale Driesenga

Ronald was born on February 4th, 1936 in Holland, MI to Harry and Emma Driesenga. He was raised on a farm in Borculo, MI. On July 27th, 1956, Ron married the love of his life, Henrietta (Hennie). Ron loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was always willing to help anyone in need, in any way he could. Ron was a quiet, gentle, man who loved and cared for his friends and family well! He loved Hennie deeply! Ron loved nature, hunting, fishing, landscaping, and growing beautiful gardens and flowers. Ron’s life was filled with joy, even in the difficult times. Music brought him joy! Ron’s smile would always light up a room!

Ronald is survived by: his wife, Henrietta (Hennie) formally Lubben; children, Vickie and Steve Boersema, Ronald Jr. (RJ) Driesenga, Margie and Marty Enloe; grandchildren, Nathan and Marcia Boersema of Bozeman MT., Heidi and Willard VanDenBerge, Nikki and Frank Siebart, Marty and Natalie Enloe of Queen Creek AZ., Jairimi and Heidi Driesenga, Bryce Driesenga and Ally Six; 13 great grandchildren; siblings, Ken and Alice Driesenga, Lois Kossen, Ruth Driesenga, Sherri and Cal Ensing of Naples FL., Gary and Nancy Driesenga; in-laws, Gladys Lubben of IL., Fred and Joyce Lubben.

Ron was preceded in death by: his parents, Harry and Emma (Essenburg) Driesenga; brother, Harvey Paul Driesenga.

A visitation will be held on Friday June 17th, 2022 from 3-5 at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James St. Holland MI 49424. A memorial service will be on Friday June 17th, 2022 at 5pm at Lakeshore Memorial Services.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to, Hospice of Holland.
