Paul is survived by: his wife, Sue; daughters, Kayla Sims (Eric Sims) and Sara Coffman (John Paul Coffman); Grandchildren, Olivia and Sophia (Sims) and Roland and Isabella (Coffman) with a third one the way. He also leaves behind his favorite 4 legged companion Rylee. He was preceded by his parents, Alvin and Jane Brouwer.
Paul was born on July 6th, 1961 to Alvin and Jane. On May 28th 1988 he married his best friend and the love of his life Sue (Bauman). On august 19, 1991 and June 7, 1996 he welcomed his two beautiful daughters, who along with his wife, were the most important part of his life.
Paul worked his entire career as an Auto Mechanic. He held many certifications and was known by his friends and colleagues, as a man who could fix anything. Paul was also an avid supporter of the second amendment. He was president at Tulip City Gun Club for 2 years and still held a seat on the boards of tulip city and Chick-owa rod and gun at the time of his passing.
Paul was a passionate man who was known to always stand up for what he believed in. Over the past few years he embraced his new role as grandfather. He taught valuable lessons and was looking forward to teaching many more in the years to come. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends and anyone that got to know him.
A memorial gathering for Paul will be held Sunday, August 28, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James Street, Holland 49424.
