Matthew Lee Driesenga

Matt was born June 22, 1990 in Zeeland. He graduated from West Ottawa High School and later from the University of Northwestern Ohio. Matt worked for Schreiber Foods and previously worked for Great Lakes Warehouse.

Matt enjoyed hunting, fishing, and billiards. He could always be found tinkering in the garage with his best friends Dan, Donnie, and Andrew, or snuggled up on the couch for a movie night with his favorite person - his wife Emily.

Matt had a big heart and was always willing to lend a hand to someone in need. His goofy laugh and sarcastic sense of humor will be missed by all.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Harvey Driesenga and Elmer and Joyce Morren.

Matt is survived by his wife Emily Driesenga; mother and step-father Sharon (Kyle) Henson; father and step-mother Terry (Nicole) Driesenga; grandmother Ruth Driesenga; grandparents Wayne (Ellen) Henson; parents-in-law Kathy and Dave Jones; sisters Amanda Driesenga and Hannah (Dylan) Bhuyan; Step-brother Austin Steinfort; aunts, uncles, cousins, and many extended family and friends. Matt is also survived by his beloved furbabies Diesel and Dolly.
