Marsha was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana to parents Richard and Mary Tobias. She received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Grand Valley. In 1981, she married her husband Mark Lind. Marsha was a member of North Holland Reformed Church where she played piano. She also was a leader for The Tulip City Tuners.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister Kathy Leahy.
Survivors include her husband Mark; sons Tom (Christine) Dekker, John (Mary) Dekker, Dan (Kim) Dekker and their father Del; sisters Beth (John) Schlafely and Linda Tobias; grandchildren Joseph Dekker, Kirstin Dekker, Madelyn and Kaelyn Dekker; niece Melissa (Diego) Tobias-Zavala; nephews Brady and Quinn Thompson; Joe Leahy; great-niece Nataliyah Tobias-Franco; mother and father in law Ilse and Dean Lind; and her beloved pets and best friends Nina and Tiny.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00pm, Tuesday, May 12th, at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James Street, Holland, MI.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am, Wednesday, May 13th, at North Holland Reformed Church, 12050 New Holland Road, Holland, with a reception to follow immediately after.
Burial will take place at 2:30pm, Wednesday, May 13th, at Pilgrim Home Cemetery, Holland, MI.
