Margaret Grace Bowman

Margaret was a member of Niekerk CRC. Before that, she was a long time member of Beaverdam Reformed Church where she served on several ladies committees and sang as part of a trio for special music for many years. She loved music, playing the piano and her small organ. Her favorites were out of the psalter Hymnal. She and her husband Alfred were butter makers at the Beaverdam Creamery then later were very successful Amway distributors from the early 60's when De Vos and Van Andel began the business! She loved spending summers at a resort they owned on Burt Lake and later with family here in West Michigan at Gun Lake. She enjoyed family the very most and her love of Jesus and God's word were uppermost in her heart. She lived her life through her strong faith and love of God! She will be missed but she's rejoicing in the arms of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ!

She is survived by her children, Laurie Zwiers (David) and Mark Bowman (JoAnn); Grandchildren, Heather Zwiers Elliott (Randall), Branden Zwiers, Brian Zwiers, Shannen Zwiers Palmore (Quintin), Michael Bowman (Jessica), and Alyssa Bowman (Rob); Great Grandchildren, Trevor Northuis, Tyler Northuis, Roman Palmore, Micah Palmore, Carter Cesario, and Emily Walters.

A Celebration of Life will occur on June 25, 2024 at 12pm with a visitation at 11am at Lakeshore Memorial Services.
