We were friends of Ken at the VFW in Seminole. Today we learned that he passed away. So sorry to hear this. We bowled with him at the VFW  and always had really good laughs. Because of Covid we didn’t go there until today. He talked about not going there as he said he could not afford to get the virus. He was really taking precautions.  We talked to him mid January and he and we were all reluctant to go back bowling. We also ate  with him on Sunday mornings at the Legion in  Treasure Island. He loved that breakfast and always ordered his bacon to not be curled on the edges. Every time I fry bacon I think of him. So sad  to hear this tragic news. I know he loved kids so much. He always talked about you. May God bless his soul.   Bum and Cookie 

What a great guy Ken was. Always smiling and happy and just a fun guy to be around.
Condolences to the family , he will be missed 

Ken was a wonderful man who will be greatly missed. His smile and laugh were contagious. We became friends while I was serving him cold drafts and continued over the years. Enjoyed when a group of us would gather for our "Ken's heading off to Florida" happy hours and of course, the "Ken's return home gatherings" too.  Loved running into him when out and about and getting that big hug and catching up.  Hugs and prayers to the family. 

We may only have known Ken for a little over 11 years, but he made us feel like lifelong friends.  He was the first person to befriend us when we moved to Michigan.  He took us “under his wing” and included us in a wonderful circle of  friends.  We loved listening to the stories of his life and his adventures.  We will miss his infectious smile and laugh and his ease of saying “I love you kiddo” in response to my saying “love you, young man.”  His love of family was unbounded.  He was a wonderful father, grandfather and friend.  Our lives were made richer by knowing him.  We will miss him forever.  Thank you Ken Hill for being our friend!

My sincere condolences to the family. Ken and I have been friends for many years and I am going to miss his happy smile and humor. One thing that always comes to mind is Ken and I borrowing his sisters 57 chev and cruising 8th street.

Ken was a Montello Park guy and he and I were friends, played sports togather and he  was always one of the "group".  We both graduated  from  Montello Park and Holland High and we shared a lot of good times and laughs.  Always looked forward to seeing him at the class reunions. No one had a  smile like you! You will be missed.  RIP Ken!

Ken and I were good friends though out our entire twelve years in school. We played all the sports available to us and had a great time doing it. Ken was a awesome football player and a natural born leader of our team. Though our live time we kept in contact and was always greeted with a big smile and we went out for lunch had so many laughs talking about our school days. Ken was not just a good friend me was a great friend and will be sadly missed.
