Kenneth DeFeyter

Ken was a veteran of the army. After his military service, he went on to work at Wiley’s Cleaning, and went on to own and operate his own cleaning business, Universal Surface Cleaning. Later, he worked at Holland Public Schools as a custodian. He married Lynn Windemuller on August 28, 1968, and together they made their home in Holland. In his spare time, Ken was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved spending time outdoors. He attended Ridgepoint Community Church, and was active in the Pioneer Club. He was preceded in death by an infant son, Brian, and his parents Kirby and Kathryn DeFeyter.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Lynn;

Memorial services will be held Friday, May 22, 2015 at 3:00pm at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James Street in Holland. Rev. James Geldhof will be officiating.

Visitation will be Friday, May 22, 2015 two hours prior to services, from 1:00-3:00pm. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Holland, 270 Hoover Blvd, Holland, MI 49423.
