Donna Gail Malone

Donna was a member of First Baptist Church in Zeeland. She worked for several years as the Director of Senior Volunteer Program in the Kansas City, Kansas area. Along with being an active member and resident at Resthaven Care Center, she could be found doing administrative work, assisting other residents in various capacities, and also served as a member of the Residential Council.

Donna was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Malone in 2008, her daughter Paula Malone-Nauyok, and a grandchild Kelley Malone.

She is survived by her daughter Shawna (Dirik) Vander Yacht; grandchildren, Maggie (Jason) Purdy, Scott Oglesbay; great grandchildren, Hayden Cale Malone, Addie Purdy, and Ryan Purdy; sisters-in-law, Charlene Malone and Liz Richardson; many extended family and friends.

A private graveside service and burial will take place in Zeeland Cemetery.

In lieu of fresh cut flowers, please feel free to drop off perennial flowers to Lakeshore Memorial (11939 James St., Holland) by the end of the day June 3, 2022, for a garden that is being created in memory of Donna.
